Welcome to Community Support by Beauty in Behavior LLC, delivered by our team of highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with a wealth of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our expertise lies in supporting children with developmental disabilities, helping them acquire significant skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

If you've found your way here, chances are you're a dedicated pediatric healthcare professional, primary care provider, or nanny who may encounter behaviors that pose challenges in your work. Let us assure you, it's not your fault. As Winslow (2017) points out:

"One negative experience during a healthcare visit for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can have lasting effects on their behavior in future visits. However, effective training programs in behavior management skills are often lacking for nurses in the hospital setting (Drake et al., 2012). Similarly, pediatric primary care providers often report a lack of training in managing medical and behavioral issues for children with ASD (Bellando, Fussell, & Lopez, 2016). A study conducted in 2014 revealed that physicians had low self-perceived competency in providing care for children with ASD, particularly in areas such as discussing the medical plan and finding resources for effective communication (Broder-Fingert, Ferrone, Giauque, & Conners, 2014). Nurses, according to Drake et al. (2012), also described working with children with ASD as highly stressful, especially when time-sensitive tasks were involved."

Our mission is to bridge the gap highlighted in the research mentioned above and provide much-needed effective behavioral training. We are here to support those seeking behavioral solutions to connect with children beyond the scope of traditional autism interventions or ABA Therapy. We offer insights into how ABA principles can be beneficial in various settings and with diverse populations. Whether you or your team require guidance in behavior strategies relevant to the children in your profession, education on the needs of neurodiverse individuals, or both, we have you covered. Our goal is to equip you with the tools you need, allowing you to focus less on the stress that comes with managing challenging behaviors and more on the meaningful aspects of your day-to-day work.
