👪 Parent-Led Model (If You Work With Our Clients)

At Beauty in Behavior, we’ve stepped away from the traditional path. We prioritize coaching parents to make meaningful, lasting outcomes, not bursts of progress that might just disappear when a child cycles through their fifth RBT in a single year. Because parents are often the constants in their child’s life, we believe their impact, when supported and empowered, is unmatched. This isn’t a criticism of our science. It’s a reflection of the systems many families are navigating. Behavior analysis is powerful, but it’s only as sustainable as the way it’s delivered- and that’s what we’re here to teach.

🤝 Collaborative Model (If You Work With Your Own Clients)

We’re equipped to support insurance-funded therapy models in home and clinic settings. We’ll establish a shared supervision contract and coordinate closely with your on-site supervisor(s) to ensure continuity, ethical oversight, and alignment with BACB requirements. You’ll still receive structured guidance and access to our in-house supervision curriculum.

⚠ Note: This is a paid supervision service (not employment). The 4-hour/month minimum applies even if hours are combined with another supervisor to allow for sufficient oversight.
