My approach to supporting families begins with listening. I take time to understand the family’s concerns, priorities, and daily realities before identifying the area of need. From there, I work collaboratively with caregivers to clearly define the concern and develop a practical, compassionate plan that fits their family and supports the child’s growth. Families know their children best, and my role is to guide, not direct.

I’ve worked in the ABA field since 2018 and became a behavior analyst in 2022. I enjoy partnering closely with parents and supporting them as they grow more confident in understanding and responding to their child’s needs. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is seeing the transformation that happens when families feel supported, empowered, and connected with their children.
