Approach

Meet the Team

Jerrod Zertuche, M.Ed., BCBA

I have been in the field of ABA since June 2012. I earned my Master's in Education and became a BCBA in May 2016. I noticed a trend that when parents participate, know and understand what their ABA team is doing, and collaborative then their child reaches their goals faster. That inpired me to obtain my Parent Coaching Certification through Jai Institute of Parenting. I then noticed a gap between a parent's want to respond to their child's behaviors a certain way and them actually being able to respond that way in the moment. I was seeing this over and over again as a BCBA and Parent Coach. So I found that the nervous system (or our "covert behaviors") was the key to bridging this gap. I found Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and that opened the ability for me to give parents the support they truly needed: nervous system support. This is done through my Neuro-Behavioral Reset experience. Parents feel immediate results after the first session and deeper transformation after four sessions.
