Membership Terms & Conditions

Beauty in Behavior – Parent Coach Collective

Please read these Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before joining or participating in the Parent Coach Collective (the “Membership”). By enrolling, accessing, or participating in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Beauty in Behavior Consulting, LLC. “Membership” refers to the Parent Coach Collective, including all community spaces, educational content, CEUs, discussions, directories, events, and resources offered now or in the future. “You” or “Member” refers to any individual who joins, accesses, or participates in the Membership, whether paid or free. “Content” refers to all materials provided within the Membership, including but not limited to videos, recordings, CEUs, posts, templates, resources, discussions, and events.

2. Consent & Acceptance By joining or participating in the Membership, you voluntarily agree to these Terms and acknowledge that continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree, you should not join or participate in the Membership.

3. Educational Purpose & Professional Disclaimer The Membership is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Content within the Membership does not constitute medical, psychological, behavioral health, legal, financial, or clinical advice, nor does participation create a therapist–client, supervisor–supervisee, or professional relationship. Members are responsible for practicing within their own scope of competence, licensure, certification, and applicable laws and ethical codes (including BACB and state licensing requirements, where applicable).

4. CEUs & Continuing Education Continuing Education Units (CEUs), when offered, are provided for professional development purposes only. Completion of CEUs does not guarantee licensure renewal or approval by any regulatory body. Members are responsible for confirming CEU eligibility with their respective credentialing or licensing boards. CEUs may be modified, discontinued, or offered selectively at the Company’s discretion.

5. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that your participation in the Membership is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, or implement information shared within the Membership.

6. Community Conduct Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally. The Company reserves the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend, or terminate membership access at any time for conduct that is disruptive, unethical, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the community. No refunds will be issued for removals related to conduct violations.

7. Intellectual Property All Membership Content is the intellectual property of Beauty in Behavior unless otherwise stated. You may not: Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share Membership Content Use Content to create competing products, trainings, or communities Share login credentials or access with non-members Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

8. Marketing & Testimonial Consent By participating in the Membership, you grant Beauty in Behavior Consulting, LLC the right to use excerpts of your feedback, comments, or contributions for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, newsletters, emails, or website content. Any such use will respect privacy and may be anonymized unless you provide explicit permission to be named. Participation in the Membership does not obligate you to provide testimonials or content for marketing purposes.

9. No Guarantees or Outcomes Promised We do not guarantee: Business growth Client referrals Income outcomes Professional success CEU availability Directory exposure or leads Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not represent guarantees.

10. Provider Directory Participation (If Applicable) Participation in the Provider Directory is optional and subject to separate Directory Terms of Use. The Directory: Does not provide referrals or client matching Does not guarantee visibility, leads, or inquiries Does not constitute endorsement of any provider The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, remove, or modify directory listings at its discretion.

11. Payment, Billing & Cancellation Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change for new members; existing members retain their pricing unless otherwise communicated. Members may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. Failure to complete payment may result in suspended or terminated access.

12. No Chargebacks You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for membership fees. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and restriction from future participation.

13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty in Behavior shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Membership. The Membership is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty in Behavior, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation, conduct, or misuse of Membership Content.

15. Arbitration & Governing Law Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Arbitration shall waive the right to a jury trial.

16. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Beauty in Behavior regarding the Membership and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
