Behavior Support for Parents
Parenting support for all kinds of minds.
For parents who want to create connected homes with their kids (with science, not trends).
If cooperation feels lightyears away, boundaries spiral out of control, and TikTok “solutions” leave you scratching your head wondering why they don’t work with your kid, we’re here for you! Our community admins are Board Certified Behavior Analysts who teach strategies rooted in behavior science (not trends) so you can start enjoying your kids while they’re kids and stop living in survival mode.
This community helps you understand how behavior actually works so you can create more connection, more cooperation, a less stressful parenthood, and enjoy your kids while they're still kids!
We welcome families of all kinds of minds (neurodivergent/neurotypical) because the laws of behavior don’t discriminate.
We chat about challenges from the infant stage and well into young adulthood.
Raising a human is a process.
Parenting pulls at every piece of you. You’re doing your best, but when your toddler throws themselves on the floor or your teen pushes past curfew over and over again, it feels like you’re failing. You’re not.
You just haven’t been shown how to use behavior as a bridge, not a battle. What if I told you that understanding behavior is the key to more connection? More cooperation? A less stressful parenthood? A child that thrives? There’s beauty in behavior, and that’s what we’re here to teach.
Hi, I’m your community host, Zandra!
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, parent coach, and mom of one.
When I became a mom, I’d already spent over a decade helping hundreds of families with challenges of all kinds. I walked into motherhood confident…but my son’s sleep quickly humbled me.
He was a terrible sleeper. I spiraled, scrolling endless forums and posts about babies sleeping through the night well before his age while I was still up countless times, exhausted and frustrated that nothing seemed to work. I spent so much time beating myself up over not having the answers.
Eventually, I turned to what I knew best: the science. I grounded myself, read the literature, leaned into my son’s needs, and realized something I’d known all along. Every child is different, and so is every parent’s journey. So why was I so hellbent on doing it “like everyone else”?
That’s when it hit me: with all the noise from social media and the weight of societal and cultural expectations, this must be what so many of the parents I support feel every day. So I set out to create a hub where families with diverse needs, at any stage of parenthood, can access individualized support from professionals who truly understand and honor nuance. The kind of support to help you stop spiraling the way I did and start feeling confident in parenting your child in ways that speak to both your needs. And of course, in ways that are actually scientifically proven to work, too.
